At the core of this system is our 9-steps process which is activated upon receipt of each project. The step begins with a consultation with the client to ensure that the team knows exactly what needs to be done. The file is then processed before being assigned to the most suitable staff. During the assignment phase, the project manager strategically pairs the project with the team member whose area of expertise makes them a perfect match. Translation begins after assignment. Translation is meticulously carried out with the aid of the latest innovations in the industry. Once the translation is complete, it is submitted to the project manager for review. After review, the translation is perfected and resubmitted to the project manager for final processing and delivery to the client.

Therefore, for ASAP Translation quality starts even at the recruitment stage, with the selection of appropriately qualified people and teams for each task and the provision of training opportunities, spreads over the entire localization project lifecycle with various QA linguistic and technical checks along the way, after each step, and is completed with the update and maintenance of clean language assets, the overall evaluation of project contributors and the evaluation of the outcome with the post-mortem reviews and quarterly business reviews with our clients. Through frequent upgrades and retooling, we ensure that our expertise and tools remain current in order to meet the ever-evolving demands of the industry, and of course, our clients.
